Attn. Rob:
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am not paying the additional $30 rent, as my lease CLEARLY STATES that I am obligated to pay $600 until September. I have a copy of my lease enclosed. In addition, the bathtub drain is STILL clogged and has NEVER functioned properly. It needs to be routed out. The "hair stopper", as you called it, is obsolete. As for utilities, an "estimate" is unacceptable. I demand to see copies of the PG&E statements. I tried to contact you personally via cell phone but your number directs me to the wrong section of your voice mail. Please give me a call so we can discuss these matters more thoroughly: (925) 209-7911. I am incredibly grateful to have gotten the room in the first place and for all of the furniture you have given me, and I would like to make living here work even in spite of the infestation problem. If not, however, you can get all of the furniture back. I am signing this letter and will send a copy to the Renter's Board if necessary, although I hope that it won't be.
Sincerely,
Dinaz
