How Life Began: The origins of life on earth and the evolution of single celled organisms into the vast multitude of living things on the planet are explored. Included: How life is defined; the catalyst for life; and synthetic life- recreating life in a laboratory.

Sometimes the history channel does play relevant programs! I'm still waiting for tv to meld with the internet, and become the same thing.
