About a few months before I severed ties from my parents, I realized that the amount of years they were married was the same as my age! I asked if they got married because my mom was knocked up, and she said yes, which is a pretty white trash reason to get married, and p.s. have we ever seen this work out for the better in the long term, because I never have.
